When you purchase a tool, an account will be created for you automatically. A secure password is randomly generated and linked to the email address you provided during checkout. This information will be emailed to you so you can log in to your account in the future. You can use your account to view your purchase history, access downloads, and generate invoices.

If you leave a review for a tool, we store the information entered in the review form for the purpose of displaying the review on the relevant tool page. Google Analytics and Tag Manager

This offer uses Google Analytics and Tag Manager, a web analysis service from Google (in the following referred to as “Google Analytics”). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of this website. We use Google Analytics exclusively with the extension “Anonymize-Ip”, which ensures the anonymization of your IP address and eliminates the possibility of direct personal reference to you. In some rare cases, your full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Google utilizes this information to evaluate the use of the website by users in order to compile reports on website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with the use of the website and of the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser as used in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Users may reject cookies by selecting the respective settings in their browser software; in this case, however, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. 3. Who We Share Your Data With

All personal data described above can also be accessed by our service providers hosting this website in the EU (Germany).

Transferring your personal data to us is not a requirement provided by statutory law or a contract. If you do not share this information with us, we will not be able to analyze user behavior for the purpose of improving our online services.

4. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

  • the right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
  • the right to restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR)

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, in whole or in part, with effect for the future. The withdrawal does not affect the validity of the processing of personal data up to the time of your withdrawal.

Pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds arising from your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 lit f) GDPR, with effect for the future.

We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 GDPR. According to this provision, any data subject may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her is infringing the GDPR.
